I didn’t launch NUVITÉ from a boardroom; it began at my kitchen table cold coffee, a to-do list, and a body whispering “enough.” After years of putting everyone first moving countries, caring for my family, working late my energy crashed. My skin felt dry, sleep was shallow, moods unpredictable, and weight crept in despite “doing everything right.”

What I tried next only made it worse: quick fixes, underdosed vitamins, and “fat burners” that stole my sleep. I didn’t need more noise. I needed truth.

So I studied, asked better questions, and rebuilt my routine from the cell outward: clean protein, mitochondrial support, mineral balance, and rituals I could keep on my busiest days.
